If I’m being honest I would love to sit this one out because it involves stepping out of my comfort zone, but how can we truly heal ourselves if we don’t step away from what’s comfortable? 😩

  1. Glass jar. You can really use any glass jar, but I would suggest getting one big enough just in case you want plan to date yourself a lot😉
